- Designated as Gyeongsangnam-do Intangible Cultural Heritage(1991). - One of the Gyobang dances recorded in ‘Gyobanggayo’(1872, by Jinju Moksa Jeong Hyun-seok), was a game dance played in the royal court. - This dance was inspired by traditional recreational activity called pogurak, or a ball-throwing game;Specifically, the process of erecting a colored frame with a hole, and throwing a ball into the hole.
